Dispense Seed Body Wash onto a wet pouf or washcloth for greatest lather, massage into skin, and rinse. If you prefer, dispense into hands, rub hands together vigorously and then onto body. Hint: Washcloths or poufs will create the most lather, but know that your skin is being gently cleansed regardless of amount of suds.
