Frequently Asked Questions around Ordering & Shipping:

How much does it cost to ship an order?

We offer flat rate shipping - $3.95 for any order to anywhere in the United States, up to $39.94.  If your order, after any discounts, is $39.95 or above, we will ship your order at no charge to you! 

How long does it take to get an order?

We ship all orders under 1 lb via US First Class Mail, and all orders 1 lb+ via US Priority Mail.  Both provide tracking.  We ship from beautiful New Jersey, and orders typically arrive in three days, if your order is Priority mailed, and up to 7 days if US First Class Mail, depending on where you are located.  Orders are typically mailed out within 24 hours of receiving them, unless that conflicts with a holiday or weekend, in which case they will typically go out the next business day.

Is there any way to see my order status?

Once we receive your order, you will receive an order confirmation, and after your order has been filled and is processed for shipping you will receive an email with tracking information.  If you cannot find your shipping confirmation email, please  feel free to send us an email at customerservice@seedbodycare.com and we will be happy to assist you!

Can I order over the phone?

Yes you can! Please call us at 1-877-818-1505, between 9am and 5 pm Eastern Time and we will be very happy to take your order over the phone.  Bonus: Human beings answer, and no mazes!  (If we are unable to take your call, please leave a message and we will respond to you promptly, or, feel free to "chat" with us with the pop up)

I received a coupon but I no longer can find it?

How can I take products out of the checkout list?

To delete items from your cart, go to your cart in the upper right corner, either update the number of units from a certain product (if you wish to update the number of units), or click on the X to delete the  item from your cart. If you have any additional issues, please email us at customerservice@seedbodycare.com, and we will be happy to help you!

What is the shelf life of your products?

Seed products have been tested extensively to make sure they are good for at least 24 months. That said, once you open a product please use it within 12 months, especially products fragranced with Essential Oils, as exposure will impact scent over time. 

Where can I buy your products locally?
